8 trails ordered by color from green (easy) to black (extreme). All these courses will help you to discover the region differently. I can possibly come with you (no charge, only train ticket), as a simple participant, use the contact page for this.

Easy ride in Antibes that will make you discover the super-yachts of billionaires dock, lighthouse of Garoupe, as well as hidden beach at Cap d'Antibes. Starting from Biot, back by train from Juan les Pins. Streets bikes are available for this first GPS route. PRICE: 20 € + train 1.35€ : Return from Juan les Pins, period 30m.
Route 2:  15km,  50m,  2hrs.
Track in the forest of Vaugrenier close to the sea , a sports tour to taste the joys of mountain bike and GPS. No train. PRICE: 40€ a bike or 50€ for 2 bikes .
Route 3: 11km, 310m, 2hrs.
A classic taste for the Esterel Massif without difficulty. Nice route starting at station Théoule sur Mer. The beaches of Theoule are waiting for you. You can come back to Cannes on the road, following the cost. (same like route 3 4 and 9) PRICE: 40€ + train, period 1h, duration 30 min .
Route 4:  21km, 700m, 3hrs.
Same route as the previous one, with a loop around the top of cranes. Also at starting Théoule sur Mer. No problem, but twice in the first distance and a bit more height! The beaches of Theoule are waiting for you. You can come back to Cannes on the road, following the cost. (same like route 3 4 and 9) PRICE: 40€ + train, period 1h, duration 30 min.  
Route 5:  28km,
400m, 3hrs.
Starting directly from the beach of Siesta in Antibes, steep climb from the road, then turn the technology park of Sophia Antipolis in the woods, a real MTB trail in half-day. PRICE: 40€ a bike or 50€ for 2 bikes . Route 5b: 20km,
100m, 2hrs.
Same like 5, but without the steep climbing, this will be done by car, perfect when the weather is too warm. PRICE: 40€ a bike or 50€ for 2 bikes .
6- Monaco : MTB between Nice and Monaco , yes it's possible! Certainly the most beautiful view of the coast. A very long 14km climb to the fort of the Revere, the descent to the Principality is beautiful. Back by train in the chic Monaco station. 2 different tracks are possible down to Monaco, all very steep! by road or the road and some short sections rather technical. 6b - Monaco : Start from Antibes (no train), you pedal 20km on the most beautiful bike road of Provence (Promenade des Anglais) before tackling the course 6. PRICE: 40€ + train, period 45m, duration 30min to Nice, 50min from Monaco.  
7- Colorado : 28km, 550m, 3hrs.
The best views in Esterel, don't miss it ! Departure from Le Trayas, a small climbing, then a long easy single track in the riviera colorado. Then you will climb to the most beautiful view of the bay of Cannes. To see and do absolutely !!! PRICE: 40€ + train, period 1h, duration 30 min .  
8- Long Single Superb course in the massive red Esterel, to depart from the nearest station Mandelieu you walk along the sea to enter the Esterel Massif. A long technical single track is waiting for you. You can easily go back in Cannes on the road following the sea, then take a train to Antibes. PRICE: 40€ + train, period 1h, duration 30 min .  
9- Luceram A free track for experts coming with their bikes looking for fresh air in summer. Accessible by train this course will show you single tracks in a magnificent scenery of the Nice hinterland. Access train station at L'Escarene 30min from station "Nice Ville". Here, you can download this track: Do not overestimate your MTB level !
